Community Call 012 - Launching Our Zero Waste Designers & Patterns Directory

We are very excited that we are ready to launch and test our new directory with you, our community! 

We’re inviting zero waste designers, sewers, makers, and enthusiasts to help co-create a Directory of ZW designers and patterns building on our volunteer Clotilde’s (@squaredespirates) brilliant progress since our initial co-creation session in August 2021. Please join us for this exciting discussion!

At Community Call 007 in August 2021, zero waste design creatives from around the globe united to help us identify what would be most useful to the worldwide community in a zero waste design Directory. After listing people, initiatives, patterns, and preferences for each of these, our ambitious volunteer Clotilde set out on a mission to build a functional prototype of the ZWDO Directory, and we are now ready to share it with you! We would love to hear your thoughts on how the Directory would be valuable to you in your zero waste design practice so that we can build a powerful evolving tool that can enable the inspiring global ZWD community to keep sewing, designing, making, and learning with ease.
